2. Products
SQUIB offers customized products for shooting sports, including customization kits for Double Alpha Academy XI magazines.
Products are manufactured to customer specifications, which may limit the right of withdrawal (see section 6).
3. Controls
Orders can be placed directly on our website.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when ordering.
All orders imply acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
4. Prices and payment
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery costs are added when the order is validated.
Payment methods accepted: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Payment is required in full before products are shipped.
5. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery zones: France, Europe, rest of the world.
Delivery times:
- Metropolitan France: 3-5 working days.
- Europe: 5-10 working days.
- Rest of the world: 10-21 working days.
Delivery charges :
(customs duties are included in shipping costs, so you’ll never have to pay them)
- Metropolitan France: €10, free for purchases over €100.
- Europe (excluding France): €15, free for purchases over €100.
- Rest of the world: €25, free on purchases of €150 or more.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the products, except for personalized products.
Return costs are at the customer’s expense.
7. Warranties and liability
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
SQUIB’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
8. Protection of Personal Data
SQUIB collects personal data from customers in order to process orders and improve the user experience.
This data is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer may have recourse to a consumer mediator before taking any legal action.
10. Modification of the GTC
SQUIB reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time.
The modifications will be applicable as soon as they are put online.
