We at SQUIB are committed to providing you with superior quality products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. This Return Policy describes our return conditions, exceptions and procedures.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order, in accordance with current legislation. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product condition: The product must be returned in its original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Any product that has been used, applied, or modified will not be accepted for return.
- Eligible products: Standard products with pre-established designs are eligible for return, subject to the above conditions.
2. Exceptions and non-returnable products
Some products cannot be returned:
- Customized products: Items created on request with designs specific and unique to your order are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or if required by law.
- Peeled or applied products: All sticker kits or gun accessories that have been peeled or applied cannot be returned, even if they have not been fully used.
3. Return procedure
If you wish to return an eligible product, please follow the procedure below:
- Please contact us: Send an e-mail to salut.capsulecorp@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive a return authorization: Once your request has been approved, we will send you return instructions and a return authorization.
- Return the item: carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents received. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
- Ship the product: Send the package to the address indicated on the return authorization.
4. Return shipping costs
All return costs are at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transport.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed as soon as possible and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Defective Products or Order Error
If you receive a faulty product or if we have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at salut.capsulecorp@gmail.com to arrange a return or exchange. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace the defective or incorrect item at no additional charge.
